Tavia Grant is a reporter for The Globe and Mail who focuses on projects as part of the Globe’s enterprise desk. Areas of focus include data gaps, along with gender and workplace issues. In recent years, she has covered subjects such as human trafficking, refugee flows, workplace fatalities and the gender pay gap. In 2017, she received the Landsberg Award in recognition of her coverage of women’s equality issues.
